SOLICITUD DE RESIDENCIA PERMANENTE
(SOLO PARA FAMILIARES DE CIUDADANOS ARGENTINOS)

A efectos de la obtención de la Residencia Permanente, se debe concertar cita previa al

Teléfono 09-9702742, con 15 días de antelación y concurrir con los siguientes documentos:

PASAPORTE VALIDO: Mínimo por seis meses.
6 fotografías color 2x2 pulgadas ¾ perfil derecho, fondo blanco o celeste.
PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO ORIGINAL: legalizada con validez internacional (Apostilla) por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del país que corresponda del lugar de nacimiento.
AUTORIZACIÓN: Cuando se trate de menores de 21 años se requerirá expresa autorización por escrito de ambos padres. De no estar éstos (o alguno de ellos) presentes en el Consulado se exigirá la correspondiente autorización certificada por notario y legalizada la firma de éste con "Apostilla" del Departamento de Estado.
ACTA DE MATRIMONIO ORIGINAL (Y DIVORCIO CUANDO CORRESPONDA): Legalizada por el Consulado Argentino con jurisdicción sobre el país o Estado en que se casó / divorció, o legalizada con validez internacional (Apostilla) por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del país de casamiento / divorcio o Departamento de Estado correspondiente.
CERTIFICADO DE BUENA CONDUCTA (Police Record) de los últimos 5 años (sólo para mayores de 16 años).- Deberá pedirse un certificado a la Policía de la jurisdicción donde reside. El cual deberá ser legalizado por el Consulado Argentino que corresponda o con la legalización de uso internacional "Apostilla".
Toda la documentación expedida en idioma inglés, deberá ser traducida al español, debiendo ser la firma del traductor certificada por un notario y ésta legalizada con la "Apostilla".
ARANCEL: Por cada trámite de residencia, toda persona mayor de 16 años deberá abonar la suma de 300 dólares en concepto de derechos consulares y migratorios. Los menores de 16 años sólo deberán abonar 100,00 dólares para el caso que tramiten la residencia juntamente con la de ambos padres o la de uno sólo de ellos. Caso contrario (si sólo se tramita la residencia para el menor) se deberá pagar la suma de 300 dólares en concepto de derechos consulares y migratorios.

Para obtener una residencia de este tipo, previamente deberá gestionarse el PERMISO DE INGRESO correspondiente ante la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones. Dicho permiso podrá ser gestionado directamente por la Compañía en Argentina (demora aproximadamente un mes) o podrá gestionarse a través de este Consulado (demora aproximadamente 3 a 4 meses).

Una vez que el interesado obtenga el mencionado PERMISO DE INGRESO, deberá comunicarse con esta Sección Consular (teléfono: 09-9702742) a fin de concertar una entrevista con 15 días de antelación a la misma y remitir los siguientes documentos:

PERMISO DE INGRESO otorgado por la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones.
PASAPORTE VALIDO: Mínimo seis (6) meses.
6 fotografías color 2x2 pulgadas ¾ perfil derecho, fondo blanco o celeste.
PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO ORIGINAL: Legalizada con validez internacional (Apostilla) por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del país del lugar de nacimiento.
AUTORIZACIÓN: Cuando se trate de menores de 21 años se requerirá expresa autorización por escrito de ambos padres. De no estar éstos (o alguno de ellos) presentes en el Consulado se exigirá la correspondiente autorización certificada por notario y legalizada su firma con "Apostilla".

Deberá pedirse un certificado a la Policía de la jurisdicción donde reside. Deberá ser legalizado con la legalización de uso internacional "Apostilla".
Toda la documentación expedida en idioma inglés, deberá ser traducida al español por traductor público argentino (este Consulado dispone lista de traductores públicos argentinos en Israel) o, en su defecto, la traducción podrá ser realizada por un traductor local y su firma deberá ser legalizada por un notario y ésta, a su vez, legalizada con "Apostilla".
ARANCEL: Para obtener el Permiso de ingreso: U$S 200 (doscientos dólares por persona mayor de 16 años)
- visado U$S 50,00 (cincuenta dólares) - confección Cartera de Inmigrante U$S 50,00 (cincuenta dólares) Nota: si los menores de 16 años realizan el trámite en forma separada de sus padres, deberán pagar igualmente U$S 200,00 (doscientos dólares) por el permiso de ingreso.

Si el interesado desea gestionar el PERMISO DE INGRESO a través de este Consulado, deberá presentar:

A) EN CASO DE TRATARSE DE UNA DESIGNACIÓN INTERNACIONAL POR PARTE DE UNA EMPRESA CON SEDE EN ISRAEL A SU SUCURSAL EN ARGENTINA

I) Se deberá presentar contrato laboral firmado por ambas partes, debidamente notariado y legalizado con "Apostilla" por la oficina del país.
II) Nota de la compañía solicitando la visa para el interesado, debidamente notariada y legalizada con Apostilla.
III) Copia Certificada de la Licencia para Operar de la compañía en Israel.
IV) Copia Certificada del Certificado de Incorporación de la compañía en Israel.
V) Nota de la Compañía en Argentina remitiendo a este Consulado copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos del último Formulario 900 o 902 de la DGI según sea la Compañía gran contribuyente o no.
VI) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos del estatuto de la Compañía.
VII) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos del último Formulario 900 o 902 de la DGI, según sea la Empresa gran contribuyente o no.
VIII) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos de los seis últimos comprobantes de pago de Aportes Previsionales.
IX) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos de los seis últimos comprobantes de pago de Ingresos Brutos.
X) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos de los seis últimos comprobantes del pago de IVA.

B) EN CASO DE TRATARSE DE UNA CONTRATACIÓN DIRECTA POR PARTE DE UNA EMPRESA CON SEDE EN ARGENTINA

I) Se deberá presentar contrato laboral firmado por ambas partes, debidamente certificado por escribano y legalizado por el Colegio de Escribanos.
II) Nota de la Compañía dirigida a este Consulado General solicitando se otorgue visa como residente temporario al interesado.
III) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos del último Formulario 900 o 902 de la DGI, según sea la Empresa gran contribuyente o no.
IV) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos del Acta constitutiva de la Compañía en Argentina.
V) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos de los seis últimos comprobantes de pago de Aportes Previsionales.
VI) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos de los seis últimos comprobantes de pago Ingresos Brutos.
VII) Copia certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos de los seis últimos comprobantes de pago del IVA

In order to obtain a Temporary Business Residency, the applicant must first get a PERMISO DE INGRESO (Entry Permit) from the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (Immigration Department). Said permit can either be processed by the contracting company in Argentina which usually takes a month, or it can be processed by this Consulate, which usually takes 3 to 4 months.

Once the applicant has received the aforementioned PERMISO DE INGRESO, he /she should contact this Consulate at 09-9702742 in order to request an appointment and submit the following documents 15 days prior to the interview.

PERMISO DE INGRESO issued by the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones.
PASSPORT: must have a validity of at least 6 months left on it.
PHOTOGRAPHS: 6 color photographs 2" x 2" ¾ right profile, white or blue background.
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Legalized by internationally legalized (APOSTILLE) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the place of birth.
AUTHORIZATION: If the visa is requested by a person under the age of 21, both parents will have to sign a written authorization at the Consulate. In the event that either one or both parents cannot be present to perform this procedure at the Consulate, they must submit an authorization certified by a notary public and duly legalized (APOSTILLE) MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (or DIVORCE CERTIFICATE, if applicable): Said certificate must be internationally legalized (APOSTILLE) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the marriage or divorce was performed.
POLICE RECORD BACKGROUND CHECK: A police record from the past 5 years must be presented by all applicants over the age of sixteen. Said document must be issued by the police authority with jurisdiction over the applicant's domicile. Should this certificate be internationally legalized (APOSTILLE).
TRANSLATION (if applicable): Any document issued in English must be translated into Spanish (this Consulate provides a list of Argentine Public Translators in Israel). However, this translation could be done by any translator. In this event, the translator's signature must then be certified by a notary public and legalized (APOSTILLE) FEE:

PERMISO DE INGRESO (Entry Permit): U$S 200 (two hundred dollars) paid by every person over the age of sixteen.
Visa fee: U$S 50.00. - (fifty dollars)
CARTERA DE INMIGRANTE: U$S 50.00.- (fifty dollars)

Note: If the applicant is under the age of sixteen but he/she is requesting an individual entry permit, he/she must pay the 200.00. - Dollar fee.

If the applicant wishes this Consulate General to process the PERMISO DE INGRESO on his/her behalf, in addition to, what was stated before he /she needs to present:

A) IN THE CASE THAT THE APPLICANT IS BEING TRANSFERRED BY A COMPANY WITH HEADQUARTERS IN ISRAEL TO ITS SUBSIDIARY IN ARGENTINA:

I) The employment contract signed by both parties, which must be notarized and legalized in Court. Must be internationally legalized (APOSTILLE).
II) A letter from the employing Company requesting the visa for its employee. This letter should be notarized and legalized in Court. and legalized by the corresponding Argentine Consulate or be legalized with APOSTILLE.
III) A Certified copy of the Operational´s License of the Company in the U.S.
IV) A Certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company in the U.S.
V)A copy, certified by the "Colegio de Escribanos", from the Company's subsidiary in Argentina of the last D.G.I. Forms 900 or 902, being the Company a major contributor or not.
VI) A copy, certified by the "Colegio de Escribanos", of the Company's statute.

B) IN THE CASE OF A DIRECT CONTRACT FROM A COMPANY WITH HEADQUARTERS IN ARGENTINA:

I)The employment contract duly signed by both parties, certified by notary public and legalized by the "Colegio de Escribanos" in Argentina.
ll) A letter from the Company in Argentina requesting a temporary residency visa for his / her employee.
lll) A copy of the D.G.I. Forms 900 or 902, certified by the "Colegio de Escribanos" .
lV) A copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company in Buenos Aires, duly certified by the "Colegio de Escribanos".
V) A copy, certified by the Colegio de Escribanos", of the last six proofs of payment of "Aportes Previsionales".
Vl) A copy, certified by the "Colegio de Escribanos ", of the last six proofs of payment of "Ingresos Brutos".
Vll) A copy, certified by the "Colegio de Escribanos" ,of the last six proofs of payment of the "I.V.A".

En los casos en que se requiera una permanencia en la República mayor al año, se deberán presentar:

PASAPORTE VALIDO: Mínimo por seis meses.
6 fotografías color 2x2 pulgadas ¾ perfil derecho, fondo blanco o celeste.
PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO ORIGINAL: Legalizada con validez internacional (Apostilla) por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del país que corresponda al lugar de nacimiento.

Permiso de Ingreso U$S 200,00 (doscientos dólares por persona mayor de 16 años)
Visado U$S 50,00 (cincuenta dólares)
Confección Cartera de Inmigrante U$S 50,00 (cincuenta dólares)
NOTA: En virtud de existir un Convenio bilateral, los ciudadanos israelíes deben abonar solamente por el Permiso de Ingreso, vale decir U$S 200 (doscientos dólares por persona mayor de 16 años), están exentos del pago de la visa y de la cartera de inmigrante.
CERTIFICADO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD O COLEGIO: el solicitante deberá presentar un certificado emitido por la Universidad o Colegio Argentino donde se van a realizar los estudios, garantizándole la admisión o reserva de vacantes. El mismo deberá estar legalizado por el Ministerio de Educación y el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores Comercio Internacional y Culto.
Si se tratase de intercambio estudiantil, se deberá presentar además, la nota del ente organizador con la autorización de ambos padres (solo en el caso que el estudiante sea menor de 21 años), cuyas firmas deberán ser certificadas por notario y legalizada la firma de éste con Apostilla.

NOTA: Cuando se trate de una estadía menor al año no es necesario que la partida de nacimiento y la partida de matrimonio o en su caso, de divorcio sean originales. Puede presentarse una copia de las mismas.

In order to obtain a Temporary Residency, an appointment should be made 15 days prior notice, by calling 09-9702742. On the day of the interview, the following items must be presented:

PASSPORT: must have a validity of at least 6 months left on it.
PHOTOGRAPHS: 6 color photographs 2" x 2" ¾ right profile, white or blue background.
COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
AUTHORIZATION: If a person under the age of 21 requests the visa, both parents will have to sign a written authorization at the Consulate. In the event that either one or both parents cannot be present to perform this procedure in the Consulate, they must submit an authorization certified by a notary public and duly legalized (APOSTILLE).
POLICE RECORD BACKGROUND CHECK: all applicants must present A police record from the past 5 years over the age of sixteen. Said document must be issued by the police authority with jurisdiction over the applicant's domicile.It must be internationally legalized (APOSTILLE).
CERTIFICATE OF ARGENTINE UNIVERSITY OR SCHOOL: the student must present a certificate issued by the Argentine University or School where the studies shall be undertaken, guaranteeing admission or a vacancy reserved in said person's name. The certificate must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (APOSTILLE).
In the case of a STUDENT EXCHANGE, the person will have to submit, in addition to what was stated before, a letter from the organizing entity. In the case of children under the age of 21, they must submit an authorization signed by both parents, whose signatures must be then duly certified by a public notary and legalized by (APOSTILLE).
TRANSLATION (if applicable): Any document issued in English must be translated into Spanish (this Consulate provides a list of Argentine Public Translators in Israel). However, this translation could be done by any translator. In this event, the translator's signature must then be certified by a notary public and legalized (APOSTILLE) .
FEE:
PERMISO DE INGRESO (Entry Permit): U$S 200 (two hundred dollars) paid by every person over the age of sixteen.
Visa fee: U$S 50.00. - (Fifty dollars)
CARTERA DE INMIGRANTE: U$S 50.00. - (Fifty dollars)

Note: Duly to a bilateral agreement, American citizens only pay for the Permiso de Ingreso (Entry Permit). They don't have to pay the consular fees (visa and cartera de inmigrante).
Should the visa be required for more than a year, the applicant must present what was stated above in points 1 through 10.

PLUS:
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Be internationally legalized (APOSTILLE) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the place of birth.
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (or DIVORCE CERTIFICATE, if applicable): Said certificate must be legalized either by the Argentine Consulate of jurisdiction over the country in which the marriage or divorce took place or be internationally legalized (APOSTILLE) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Department of State of the country where the marriage or divorce was performed.
